  • Innovative concept for façade & systems (use of rainwater, geothermal energy, cogeneration of heat and power, de-centralised ventilation/HVAC system, high efficient heat recovery systems, photovoltaics, lighting varying on daylight level and presence, PCM cooled ceiling).
